Dr. Erika Sutton
Competing as a heptathlete for Texas A&M University was the spark that ignited Dr. Sutton to pursue the field of physical therapy. After learning to heal and recover from various injuries, she found a strong passion for the world of physical therapy.
After graduating with a B.S. In Kinesiology, she pursued higher education from Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center with a doctorate in Physical Therapy. Following her study, Dr. Sutton completed her residency and fellowship in Orthopedics and Manual Therapy.
With over 14 years of clinical experience, Dr. Sutton has fine-tuned her skills and serves as the company leader at ActiveTherapy Alliance. Her research-backed treatment strategies are individualized to every patient instead of treating with general diagnosis. Dr. Sutton prioritizes that every patient receives personalized hands-on treatment at the clinic.
Dedicated to staying active for life, Dr. Sutton continues to train and compete in cycling events and triathlons. With her family, Dr. Sutton enjoys camping, trail riding, cycling, and even triathlon training with her daughters!
